2.1       This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Use of this website and you hereby agree that, by accessing and using this website, you are consenting to the processing of your personal information in terms of this policy.

8.         Retention of records

8.1.2          it reasonably requires the record for lawful purposes related to its functions or activities; or

8.1.4          you have consented in writing to the record being retained for a longer period; or
8.1.5          it is retained for longer periods for historical, statistical or research purposes.
8.2       The Website Owner will permanently destroy, delete, or de-identify any record of your personal information as soon as it is reasonably practicable for it to do so after it is no longer authorised to retain such record.
9.         Accuracy and completeness of information
9.1       The Website Owner will take reasonably practicable steps to ensure that your personal information is complete, accurate, not misleading and updated where necessary.
9.2       If you become aware of any personal information about you that is in the Website Owner’s possession or under its control which is inaccurate, irrelevant, excessive, out-of-date, incomplete, misleading or has been obtained unlawfully, you may request the correction, deletion or destruction of that information by contacting
9.3       Once the Website Owner has corrected, deleted or destroyed the information referred to in clause 5.10, it will provide you with proof that it has done so.

10.1     The Website Owner will take appropriate, reasonable technical and organisational measures to prevent any loss of, damage to or unauthorised destruction of your personal information; and/or to prevent any unlawful access to or processing of such information.
